Probably everyone has their wish, something like a pair of Louis Vuitton shoes or the like that they would love to own. Something like that that symbolises elegance, opulence, and prestige. Something that they would dream about for hours, that they would love to own.

Unfortunately, these designer things are well beyond the budget of most of us. We just can’t afford the stupid prices that are charged by the major design houses.

Which is why, if we have any sense, we would go out and buy a pair of replica Chanel shoes instead of the originals. Think about it: even if you could afford a pair of the originals, why would you want to spend thousands of dollars on something, when you could buy something made if the same materials and manufactured to the same high quality for just a couple of hundred dollars? None of us or, our friends would be able to tell the difference between the real thing and the replica. Of course, we’re all free to buy what we like, but when you consider why the major design houses price themselves so high, you might want to reconsider. Of course they charge for pure profit, but there is another reason. They don’t want you to buy their products. They want only a few people, the select few with huge bank balances to buy. That way they keep their products exclusive and their products prestigious. Would you really want to buy from people who view you in this way?
